Today, virtually, I just walked into the beautiful city of Anaheim, California - it is so gorgeous here! There are palm trees and the sun is shining - although my feet are sore and I'm tired (imagined), it feels so good to be here! It was really great to see some of you along the way - I know you aren't far behind - I'll watch for you and have a cool one waiting for you when you join me. Route 66 wasn't overly crowded with walkers though, and I know that I wasn't walking that fast to have missed you. The walk isn't that difficult and I don't even get a usable tax receipt, so I hope that you have an opportunity like I did to "hit the open road" and take an Amazing Walk via Route 66: Joplin, MO to Anaheim, CA and help The Foundation of IAAP help our colleagues through education, research, housing grants and any other need that may come along where we are able to support our members at any point during their administrative career. I am new to the blog, but I wanted to share that I am so excited that I just finished taking Microsoft Application 1 @ Pulaski Technical College and I passed that class with an A.
